The brand offers two types of guarantees: satisfaction guarantee and quality guarantee.
- Satisfaction Guarantee is our special take back offer (ссылка) for those who have changed their mind. Within a year, we will take the Bakkoura watch back to the family and refund you 60% of the cost.
- Quality Guarantee – for 7 years we unconditionally bear and take care of every Bakkoura watch. The warranty also includes an annual service check.
